Scholarship Winner Aoife Hodgins from Loreto Dalkey

I would like to say thank you so much to Stein Schools Abroad for the amazing opportunity you gave me by awarding me the prize of a 2 week intensive Spanish course in Nerja. It was the best holiday I’ve ever had! I definitely know my Spanish has improved. The classes were very worthwhile.

The teacher, staff and family I stayed with were all so helpful and patient with me and my attempt at speaking Spanish all the time. The rest of the day was always so much fun. There were lots of fun activities to choose from after classes.

Also the beaches in Nerja were so nice to spend your free time on, and we were very lucky with the constantly lovely weather. It was a great learning experience; I loved the independence we had and it has definitely given me a huge interest in travelling after school. I can’t wait to go back to Nerja someday hopefully soon.
