What day does the course start?
The Courses Start every Monday all year round, for Junior Students. If you are availing of a Mature Course, there are specific start dates.
When do I need to arrive and depart?
As Courses start on a Monday and finish on a Friday. Students will need to arrive on Sunday and depart on a Saturday.
Are flights included in the price?
No. We can help and recommend where to book the flights.
Will I be collected from the Airport?
Some of our Schools provide complimentary transfers however if not, they will certainly provide a transfer at an additional cost (price differs per School).
What is the deposit?
The deposit is €250; the balance is due eight weeks before departure.
Is there a curfew?
Yes. If Students are under 18 years of age, their parents are required to complete a consent form. On these forms, the parent can specify a curfew time for their son or daughter to abide.
Will the Host Family be near the School?
The majority of the Host Families are located within walking distance of the School.
Can I stay with my friend in the same Host Family?
Yes. We do not recommend this for obvious reasons however should a Student feel more comfortable staying with a friend, we will happily oblige. Alternatively they can separate however we will ensure they are located with families very near one another.
How much spending money will I need?
This depends on the location. If your accommodation is on full board, you will obviously not need as much as meals are included. It is up to each individual on how much he/she brings.
How many people will be in the Class?
This depends on the School however generally the size will not exceed ten Students.
How do I pay?
You may pay by laser, bank draft or cheque. If you wish to pay by credit card, there is a charge of 3%.
When do I need to book?
This is up to each individual however the earlier you book the more likely any special requests you may have will be met. Similarly if travelling with a friend, we suggest you book in advance to ensure the School are able to accommodate Students together or near one another.
